How to Drop Inches from Your Waist Once and For All

We’ll need to look at two individual things:  First is dropping those pounds. Second is ensuring the weight stays off.

Losing the Weight — We’ll be discussing two different types of exercises to lose weight. The first one is squats, often known as Hindu Squats. These are squats that you perform without any of the heavy weights that you’d find at the gym. Do these squats very fast. This will likely seem pretty hard and first, but you can easily progress up to doing around 100 of these in five minutes or so. These squats are a lot more difficult than they sound. You will probably hate this exercise a lot, but you’ll stick to it because you’ll love how you just lose that weight so fast!  Stick with it and you’ll observe results in around ten days.

The second exercise is to simply hop on a trampoline. This probably seems a little silly, but it does a good job of working your core and toning your body up. I used to have a professor at university that would do this every day and he really swore by it. For the longest time, I just brushed this off, but once you try it out, you’ll never go back. It won’t take too long either. You can get good results by only doing it for a couple of minutes a few times every day. This is something you can quickly do during commercial breaks when you’re watching television. This lets you watch as much TV as you’d like without feeling like a lazy couch potato.

Keeping the Weight Off –  Now let’s take a look at how to keep the weight off so that you don’t find those pounds slowly sneaking back on you over the proceeding months.

Luckily, this is the easy phase. The only thing you need to do is take walks regularly. This is a great way to make sure that the weight stays off for good and that your body gets regular exercise. Try walking to run your errands instead of hopping in your car. This way you can stay fit and get all your chores done at once. Or if you don’t live somewhere where it’s easy to walk everywhere, just go or a stroll around your community before bed. Aside from helping you manage your weight, you’ll get some nice clean air to help you sleep better at night.

So if you just can’t spare the time to squeeze in a full workout at the gym, this is what you should do to lose the weight permanently. The important key to all this is to give this a fair try without giving up. Even though this is quite a simple routine, make sure that you take the time to do it every day because it is so effective. So try to do the squats, the bouncing, and the walks each day and you might be surprised at how strong all this can be.
