An Exercise Routine That Will Rid You Of Love Handles

Lie on the floor again and with your hands behind your head (keep your head off the floor) and legs bent, twist using the midsection to the right whilst moving your left elbow towards the right knee. Once you cannot go any further, hold for 3 seconds and slowly release to the starting position. Once you do the same for the opposite side, try to repeat the set twenty-five times.

Standing trunk twists

For fat loss and muscle toning, standing trunk twists manages to do both things. Take a very wide stance making sure your legs and torso are stable, then turn to the left. Come back to center and then turn to the right, then work the number of repetitions to one hundred.
