Eliminating Constipation and Dehydration to Eliminate Weight Retention
Constipation occurs according on what food you take in during your meals. For example, the human body is composed of 60 trillion cells of various shapes and functions. Every cells and tissues in the body is nourished by nutrients in the blood stream which are supplied thru the intestines. The digestive system produces a mucous substance which is normally excreted together with other waste matter. Diets rich in processed food and poor in fiber prevent proper elimination of this substance.
As small amounts accumulate along the wall of the digestive tract, sluggish bowel movement and constipation occurs. If a person is constipated, the toxins are not eliminated and are instead reabsorbed back into the liver. This toxin buildup initially expresses itself thru minor symptoms like sluggishness, headache and acne but later leads to life threatening ailments like cancer, organ failure and hormonal imbalances which cause obesity and diabetes. A study by the Columbia University School of Public Health estimates that 95% of cancer is caused by diet and environmental toxicity.
Sources of complex carbohydrates such as legumes, vegetable, whole grain and fruits are also rich in fiber and essential vitamins and minerals. Eating high fiber foods and drinking water can alleviate constipation. Laxatives are commonly prescribed for treatments.
Dehydration occurs when you suffer vomiting and loose bowel movements for a period of time. Unhealthy digestion foods intake can lead to a failure and cause dehydration. To prevent it, take the necessary precautions and medicines. Improve digestion and eliminate constipation and you will encourage your body to naturally shed excess weight. Simple dietary changes such as adding more fiber and seasonal colon cleansing can help promote regularity and associated weight less.
If the body has sufficient water to hydrate the system, it will eliminate more water thru urination. If the bowels are given a fiber rich diet, they will be more regular and these eliminations will also promote a natural weight.
So let’s assure that, “We are what we eat and that we eliminate properly”. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains will provide the nutrients and keep our body functioning optimally, keep our energy high and our constitution strong and healthy.
